At LeatherLovers, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Cowhide and Leather products. We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if a return is approved, the product
must be:
• In its original condition (unworn and unmarked)
• Returned in original packaging
Please note:
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
We offer a 6-month manufacturing warranty on all Cowhide and Leather products. To ensure the longevity of your leather or cowhide product, please avoid:
• Excessive rubbing
• Rough surfaces
• High moisture areas
• Direct sunlight
Please note:
Hair shedding in cowhide products is a natural occurrence and is not covered under
warranty.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. If your Product is lost in transit, we will not be held liable and recommend that you send all Returns via registered post only.
