We deliver throughout Australia, with free standard shipping on every Australian order. Online checkout also supports the United Kingdom and United States; the shipping charge is shown before payment. New Zealand is not currently available at checkout. Please contact us if you need another destination.
Australian deliveries generally take 2–10 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and carrier delays may take longer. We will email you a tracking link once your order ships. International delivery times vary by destination and customs.
You can pay securely by card, PayPal or Afterpay where available. The payment options offered for your order are shown at checkout before you place it.
Cowhide rugs: Shake out dirt or vacuum gently (no beater bar). Wipe spills with a damp cloth. Avoid direct sunlight.
Leather bags/accessories: Store in a cool, dry place. Use leather conditioner every few months.
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. There is no restocking fee; return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Faulty or misdescribed items retain all rights under Australian Consumer Law.
